Galaxy cake

Galaxy cakes are one of my favorite themed cakes – perhaps because I’m a huge space and solar system enthusiast myself! I have made various galaxy cakes over the years, and each time they have become more detailed and refined. For example, I created small planets out of white chocolate and attached them to the cake – small details with a huge effect!
